DevOps Engineer – Systems Integration & Kubernetes

About the role

EYT3 Limited is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its cybersecurity and RegTech team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with development and operations teams to design, build, and maintain integration solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes infrastructure for both internal platforms and customer deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design integration solutions across internal systems, third‑party services, and APIs.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Own Infrastructure‑as‑Code deployments to ensure repeatable environments.
• Design, deploy, and manage high‑availability Kubernetes clusters, including automation and monitoring.
• Perform on‑site implementations, assess customer infrastructure, and provide hands‑on support during go‑live and post‑deployment phases.
• Document procedures, create training material, and work closely with engineers, QA, and product owners to ensure smooth releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of backend application or infrastructure experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues across teams.

Required skills

• Scripting in Python and Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and source control (Git).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with OpenStack (advantageous) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – advantageous).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
