Digital Core – Onsite IT Support Engineer

About the role

The Digital Core team is looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and meeting‑room equipment issues, ensuring smooth operation of the workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems and software.
• Resolve everyday technology problems, including Microsoft Office, security, printing and meeting‑room equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to diagnose and fix network, server and infrastructure incidents.
• Support IT asset, incident and change management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering desktop support to internal users.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work independently, install operating systems and deliver timely desktop services.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Teams, etc.)
• Standard office equipment – copiers, printers, scanners
• macOS familiarity
• IT service management (ITSM) tools
• IP telephony and video‑conferencing systems (preferred)
• Workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
• Basic AI tool usage (preferred)
