About the role
The Dining Experience Host is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their visit. This role blends front‑desk responsibilities with a focus on food‑and‑beverage hospitality, supporting the overall guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and manage first‑impression interactions.
- Handle telephone enquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage customer bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality to meet guest expectations.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Form 5 or equivalent; a Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel.
- Strong desire to develop a career in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Customer‑oriented, energetic, helpful, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
