Director, International Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This senior position reports directly to the Global CHRO and partners with senior executives across global corporate functions. The role is pivotal in shaping the people agenda, supporting large‑scale business transformation and building the capabilities needed for the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders worldwide to define and execute a strategic HR roadmap that aligns with corporate transformation objectives.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning and change‑management programmes across multiple markets.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders, driving innovative thinking and organisational effectiveness.
• Oversee the transformation of global corporate functions, ensuring the right structure, talent and leadership capability to meet strategic goals.
• Develop and elevate an established HR team from an execution‑focused model to a proactive, commercially‑oriented business partner.

Required profile

• Extensive HR Business Partnering experience within a complex multinational environment.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale organisational change and partnering closely with executive leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience supporting global or regional corporate functions and operating across diverse cultures and markets.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge conventional thinking and drive results.
