Director of Sales

About the role

The Director of Sales will partner closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to design and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and market share for a premier hotel in Hong Kong. This senior position leads the sales team, cultivates client relationships, and ensures the hotel’s offerings are presented effectively to prospective guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all market segments.
• Lead the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure business targets are met.
• Participate in sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections, and property tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel sales and revenue‑driven environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong business results.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
