About the role
We’re now looking for a dynamic Server to join Pici Sha Tin, the destination for hand‑rolled pasta made fresh daily in New Town Plaza. You will work alongside a supervisor, taking orders, serving food and drinks, making guests feel welcome and attending to any requests.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation.
- Supervise and coordinate prompt, high‑standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage.
- Control stocks for daily use to meet service requirements.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset.
- Sense of responsibility within your role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is a must; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality is beneficial.
- Embodies behavioural values – Teamwork, Be Nice, Commitment, and Positivity.
