E-Commerce & Online Marketing Manager – Asia Pacific

About the role

As the E‑Commerce and Online Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific, you will coordinate sales and marketing campaigns across China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines and Indonesia. You will work with a multicultural team and help grow Lomography’s online presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local online and marketing executives in China, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines and Indonesia to meet targets and deadlines.
• Lead marketing operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Research e‑commerce trends and opportunities in Southeast Asia and implement strategies to improve sell‑through.
• Collaborate with partners in media, photography, fashion and music for online/offline projects.
• Organise product tests and reviews, and build press relationships for launches and events.
• Develop community engagement strategies for Lomography.com in the region and report results to HQ.

Required profile

• Educational background in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
• 1‑3 years of experience, fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese); additional languages a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, analytical and willing to learn.
• Affinity for art, design and culture; knowledge of analogue photography is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
