Event Technology Project Manager – Operations

About the role

Globibo is seeking an Operations‑focused Event Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology solutions for conferences and language services. The role combines client‑facing solution pitching, on‑site project execution, and cross‑functional sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitches, solution proposals and client‑facing presentations (≈20% of time).
• Drive implementation of project concepts, manage on‑site coordination, and maintain project calendars.
• Oversee logistics, manpower planning, purchase order processing and risk assessment.
• Conduct quality assurance, verify technical compliance and safety procedures on site.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and sourcing of replacements.
• Support sales activities for training, interpretation and translation divisions, including quotation preparation and technical feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or project management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills for global clients.
• Ability to understand and address individual customer needs.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and analytical, with experience interacting with senior managers.
• Result‑driven, independent and self‑motivated.
• Passion for language learning or event‑technology services.
