Family House Manager – Private Residence

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized hospitality professional to manage the private household of our Founder & Executive Chairman. This role blends traditional house‑manager duties with Butler‑level service, ensuring the family’s home runs smoothly and elegantly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily household and social tasks, including stock‑taking, restocking of supplies, linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
• Arrange reservations, appointments and coordinate all family schedules.
• Track warranty renewals, repairs, car licences, service schedules for appliances, gym equipment and fire‑safety systems.
• Liaise with contractors for any renovation or maintenance work.
• Maintain all gadgets and phones with the latest software and applications.
• Train and supervise staff in housekeeping, laundry, formal and informal dining, table setting and flower arrangement.
• Work closely with the Chef on meal planning and service.
• Compile and review monthly statements for groceries, dry‑cleaning, home expenses and petty cash.

Required profile

• Flexible working hours with a willingness to adapt to the family’s dynamic schedule.
• Experience as a House Manager with Butler service and personal assistant responsibilities.
• Butler Academy Diploma.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Cantonese.
• Strong communication, supervisory and training capabilities.
• Hospitality background preferred, especially with food & beverage experience.
• High standards, reliability, and a service‑oriented, level‑headed attitude.
