Finance Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to join the yuu Rewards team. The role will act as the primary finance partner for the Rewards and Digital functions, supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis. You will work closely with product owners, project managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Rewards and Digital teams to support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Evaluate investment proposals, monitor spend and track value realisation together with product owners and project managers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews, variance analysis, scenario modelling and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee month‑end close, accruals, reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting and governance.
• Design and continuously improve finance processes, system workflows and master‑data structures, leveraging AI tools to automate reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or CIMA preferred.
• 4‑6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or audit, preferably in digital, loyalty, e‑commerce or technology‑enabled businesses.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, finance transformation initiatives and advanced analytics tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Power BI AI.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and finance process automation.
