Finance Associate – Group Accounting & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our hybrid workplace in Hong Kong. The role will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations for multiple group entities and support the Deputy Head of Finance in building automated finance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end close for legal entities across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, delivering audit‑ready records.
• Support corporate group reporting and consolidation inputs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including bank matrix maintenance, schedules and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across jurisdictions.
• Design and implement finance workflow automations using AI tools.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, group reporting and ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in Big 4 audit, financial services, digital assets or multi‑entity regulated environments.
• Experience with AI‑driven finance automation and multi‑entity consolidation.
• Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a practical advantage.

• Workday or comparable ERP systems (Xero, NetSuite, SAP).
• AI tools applied to finance workflows.
• Multi‑entity accounting, intercompany processes and group consolidation.
