Fleet Logistics Manager

About the role

The incumbent reports to the Factory Operations Manager and leads the day‑to‑day operations of the company’s fleet. Working closely with related departments, the manager ensures smooth workflow across the supply chain, improves efficiency, and maintains high internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fleet team to meet daily delivery targets in an effective, customer‑centric manner.
• Review and improve work efficiency, productivity, and processes of the fleet team.
• Monitor budget forecasts, expenditure allocation, and cost‑minimisation through truck loading, routing and manpower planning.
• Liaise with farms and other parties to ensure uninterrupted raw milk deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, warehousing and loading bay departments to allocate resources safely and cost‑effectively.
• Develop systems and processes to track productivity, performance metrics and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing or factory environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to input Chinese characters.
