About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Attendant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong you will be the face of our all‑day dining and bar outlets, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests from around the world. You will work in a vibrant, boutique‑hotel environment where hospitality is driven by genuine human connections.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout service periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders and address guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Process payments and operate the point‑of‑sale system in accordance with hotel policies.
