Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack AI Engineer to help build Routiq AI, an enterprise platform that automates customer‑service and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can design, develop and ship reliable end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack product features from concept through production.
• Build and maintain robust backend services, APIs and system architecture.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools and approaches for unfamiliar problems.
• Improve system performance, reliability, maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product and technical decisions.
• Take ownership of problems from analysis and design to implementation and delivery.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, research, debugging and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development and full‑stack engineering fundamentals.
• Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases and software engineering principles.
• Ability to think system‑wide and design solutions, not just implement features.
• Strong research, problem‑solving and self‑learning abilities.
• High ownership, accountability and engineering discipline.
• Comfortable using AI coding and research tools to improve productivity.
