About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Information Technology Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The role involves managing our server and network infrastructure, supporting end‑users, and providing technical assistance to both internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and monitor servers, mail systems and computer networks.
- Perform troubleshooting, escalation and resolution of technical issues for the sales team and customers.
- Provide technical consultation and support to clients.
- Maintain system security, backups and performance monitoring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Permanent work authorization for Hong Kong.
- 2‑3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Server administration and network management.
- Mail system configuration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in at least one object‑oriented programming language (Java, C or C++).
