Fund Administrator

About the role

The Fund Administrator will play a vital role in the overall administration of investment funds, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. This position requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of fund operations, compliance, and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for fund clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation completion.
• Oversee and process fund transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and dividend distributions.
• Ensure transaction documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor fund activities for compliance with regulations, prospectus guidelines, and internal policies.
• Participate in Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation and verify pricing and valuation accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute periodic fund reports, statements, and financial summaries.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate with investors regarding fund performance and reporting.
