Graduate Production Support Analyst – Hong Kong

About the role

Join a leading global banking client as a Production Support Analyst supporting the Prime Brokerage team. You will ensure optimal performance and stability of front‑office pricing, trading, and risk‑management applications across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technology stack through proactive alerts, incident, problem management and user tickets via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, application and network layers.
• Coordinate incident calls with IT partners, infrastructure teams and other technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams and end‑users to resolve support issues.
• Identify and implement improvements such as automation, resiliency and observability, and maintain documentation.
• Participate in a follow‑the‑sun support model with global coverage, including weekend and on‑call rotations.
• Ensure consistent procedures and practices across global support teams.

Required profile

• College graduate in Computer Science or related technology discipline.
• Excellent communicator with strong written English skills, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl, or JavaScript).
• Experience with relational databases (Sybase, DB2, SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management.
