Head of Finance, Fast-Growing Family Office

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and finance operations activities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Manage liquidity planning, cash management, and banking relationships.
• Partner closely with investment professionals on portfolio-related transactions and reporting requirements.
• Support fund structures, investment vehicles, and family office operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and service providers.
• Develop scalable controls, policies, and governance frameworks as the platform grows.
• Act as the primary finance contact for the Founder and senior leadership team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10 years of relevant experience in family offices, investment firms, asset managers, private equity, venture capital, or multinational environments.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash management expertise.
• Experience with investment portfolios, fund structures, or investment‑related finance matters (highly preferred).
• Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial, hands‑on environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact directly with founders and business owners.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
