Headwaiter / Headwaitress – Terrace Boulud

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Headwaiter/Headwaitress to lead the service team at Terrace Boulud. You will ensure that every guest experience meets the hotel’s high standards of luxury and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations on the terrace restaurant.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness of equipment and side boards, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for service staff.
• Manage staff discipline, cooperation, and scheduling, including preparing duty rosters.
• Oversee the presentation and delivery of food products.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
