Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the team at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara as a Housekeeping Attendant, where you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate and welcoming. This position plays a vital part in delivering the brand’s high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or unusual conditions to the relevant department.
• Handle guest belongings with care and follow lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
