HR Manager – Corporate HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic HR Business Partner and support the Head of HR at the corporate level of a leading conglomerate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR functions, acting as HRBP for the organization.
• Lead corporate HR areas including compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent management, HRIS, payroll processing, learning & development, performance management, engagement initiatives and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and KPI frameworks for both corporate and frontline teams.
• Design and maintain a performance management system to drive employee excellence and support succession planning.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and assignments from senior leadership, including C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of comprehensive HR and administration experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead in a large, matrix‑structured organization and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a large conglomerate or public organization.
• Strong, proactive, detail‑oriented approach to performance management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
