About the role
As the HR Manager for Performance & Reward, you will shape the group’s compensation strategy, drive a high‑performance culture and lead digital HR initiatives across a multi‑entity organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and recommend a competitive, sustainable Reward Framework embedding strong pay‑for‑performance principles.
- Oversee Job Architecture reviews and frontline pay competitiveness assessments to ensure market alignment.
- Prepare high‑level submission materials and cost insights for the Remuneration Committee, Board meetings and CEO staff cost reviews.
- Strengthen KPI quality, enhance calibration processes and improve manager accountability to foster a high‑performance culture.
- Lead the strategic review and implementation of the Group’s Competency Framework and clearer career pathways.
- Launch and manage Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles, developing frameworks for high‑potential employee development.
- Own the Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management modules in SAP SuccessFactors, partnering with the HRIS team to drive system enhancements.
- Define business requirements for digital initiatives such as 360‑degree feedback and group‑wide KPI‑setting on SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT to implement system automations that reflect approved HR policies and frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in Total Rewards, Performance Management and Talent Management within a complex, multi‑entity or matrixed organisation.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale HR projects, including Job Architecture, Competency Framework and Pay‑for‑Performance design.
- Extensive experience preparing senior‑level reports, variance analyses and presentations for executives, Boards and Remuneration Committees.
- Demonstrated experience as a business lead or SME in HR digitalisation projects and system implementations.
- Strong financial acumen for staff‑cost governance and budget oversight.

- Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or equivalent experience
