HR Specialist / HR Officer

About the role

The HR Specialist / HR Officer will support Avolta’s global workforce across talent acquisition, payroll, HR operations and employee engagement. You will act as a strategic partner to ensure compliance, efficient processes and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for both store and non‑store positions, develop hiring plans and manage agency relationships.
• Manage payroll cycles, including sales commissions, allowances and final payments, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Oversee HR policies, HRIS implementation, employee records, headcount monitoring and exit processes.
• Design and deliver staff communication programmes, organise company events and support learning & development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience covering talent acquisition, payroll administration and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and proven ability to ensure compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or FlexSystem.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua), with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
