Human Resources Specialist – Hong Kong & Shenzhen

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for our Hong Kong and Shenzhen office, partnering with senior management on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, develop policies and manage the employee lifecycle.
• Lead talent acquisition for mid‑to‑senior positions, build pipelines and manage recruitment processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, KPI setting and performance appraisals.
• Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, MPF, bonuses and conduct market benchmarking.
• Identify training needs, develop learning programmes and support leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws, MPF requirements and maintain confidential employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse data and support organisational restructuring and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management and talent acquisition experience in Hong Kong, preferably within private banking, financial services or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation, MPF and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
