Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Manager – Asia Pacific (1‑yr)

About the role

The Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Manager will lead proactive ID&E initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Lead, the role supports the firm’s strategy, metrics and policies while collaborating with local committees and affinity groups.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and embed ID&E initiatives in the Asia Pacific offices.
• Support the global ID&E team on key projects and regional integration.
• Design and facilitate ID&E education programs, workshops and seminars.
• Partner with office ID&E committees and regional affinity groups to advance their programs.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and professional services teams.
• Develop and maintain ID&E data, metrics and dashboards, providing regional insights.
• Participate in peer support networks and monitor external best practices.
• Travel within the Asia‑Pacific region as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months, ideally two years, continuous inclusion experience in professional services, preferably a large law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Law or a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong passion for inclusion, diversity and equity.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently across time zones.
• Excellent organisational skills, including priority setting and project structuring.
