In‑House Recruiter – Asset Management (Asia)

About the role

Our client, one of Asia’s largest asset management firms, is seeking an experienced In‑House Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in Hong Kong. The role will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition across investment and non‑investment functions globally, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a high‑quality recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and market mapping to offer management and onboarding hand‑off.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct search, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and external search firms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications, hiring priorities and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain recruitment systems, trackers and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment and talent community building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 3–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in financial services, asset management or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment reporting tools.
