Insurance Data Architect – Data Governance & Analytics (Assistant Manager to Senior)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Data Architect to lead data governance, analytics and science initiatives across our insurance portfolio. The role spans from assistant manager to senior level and supports business growth through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain data architecture aligned with the insurance value chain.
• Implement data governance frameworks and ensure data quality.
• Develop analytical tools and dashboards using Power BI and other BI platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver business insights.
• Lead data‑science and machine‑learning projects that measure performance and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, data analytics, data engineering or data governance.
• Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
