Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to independently lead and manage audit projects across our fast‑moving blockchain and Web3 environment. You will be responsible for delivering thorough assessments of business operations, internal controls, and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or manage teams to conduct special audits, process audits, exit audits, and anti‑fraud investigations, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Develop comprehensive internal audit plans and guide the execution of audit procedures and reviews.
• Perform objective, rigorous assessments of operations, internal controls, and risk management, and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Summarize findings and provide practical, value‑adding recommendations to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
• Drive development and implementation of audit automation tools and manage internal and on‑chain monitoring systems.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments and daily responsibilities as directed by management.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the blockchain/Web3 industry and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced internet company.
• 5+ years of internal audit experience; experience in internet, technology, blockchain, or Web3 sectors is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and practices.
• Understanding of risk management and internal control processes within technology companies.
• Experience in anti‑fraud investigations is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, logical, communication and presentation skills with high execution capability.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
