About the role
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Quant Specialist to operate Virtual Teller Machines, deliver high‑quality customer service and support smooth branch operations. ICBC (Asia) is the overseas flagship of China’s largest commercial bank, operating a network of retail outlets and wealth‑management centres across Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines (VTM).
- Provide quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Ensure smooth operations while meeting all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher education.
- 1–3 years of bank teller or counter service experience (preferred).
- Pleasant, customer‑oriented attitude with good business sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of account opening and AML requirements (preferable).
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
