International Project Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for an International Project Manager to lead the delivery and fulfillment of complex IT projects for enterprise and government clients in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project planning, execution, risk management and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, develop detailed delivery plans and lead a cross‑functional team of internal staff and ecosystem partners.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and variance analysis.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
• Support pre‑sales activities by clarifying client requirements, assessing risks, estimating costs and preparing high‑quality statements of work.
• Coordinate post‑delivery operations and renewal activities, ensuring smooth handover to support teams.
• Manage service ecosystem partners (MSPs), oversee acceptance, settlement and performance assessments.
• Collect client feedback, drive continuous improvement and contribute to solution standardisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale, complex IT delivery projects for enterprise (B2B) and government (B2G) clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead teams of 20+ members.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise and government project management processes and risk mitigation.
