About the role

Are you a results-driven professional looking to build a career in the fast-paced world of recruitment? We are expanding our Permanent Division and seeking an ambitious Japanese‑Native Consultant / Senior Consultant.

Key responsibilities

Understand clients’ hiring needs and translate requirements into effective recruitment solutions.
Manage client relationships, maintain service quality, and support business development to identify new opportunities.
Take the lead on candidate mapping and sourcing across channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry events.
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Drive performance to meet individual KPIs and sales targets in a merit‑based environment.

Required profile

Strong interest in recruitment, or previous sales/agency experience (preferred).
Native Japanese and strong command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
