Java Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

Synpulse is building a new technology team that leverages modern tools and agile ways of working. As a Java Full‑Stack Developer you will join a diverse, inclusive squad, collaborating closely with peers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java code and modern JavaScript (React) front‑end components.
• Contribute to core libraries, system architecture, and feature implementation.
• Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and architecture assessments.
• Enhance system performance, monitor applications, and document changes.
• Work with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders, applying Agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD.

Required profile

• Strong core Java expertise with solid object‑oriented design experience.
• Hands‑on experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with domain‑driven design, event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, MQs), and micro‑services.
• Ability to handle high‑volume data processing and work with document databases.
• Self‑motivated learner comfortable in an Agile, DevOps‑focused environment.
