About the role
We are seeking an energetic Junior Cook to join our bustling pasta kitchen in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. You will assist senior chefs, set up work stations and help deliver high‑quality hot, cold and tapas dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain work sections before and during service.
- Prepare hot and cold dishes according to our standards.
- Support senior chefs and colleagues across all production areas.
- Follow health, hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Genuine interest in cooking and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
