Junior Land Surveyor – Infrastructure Maintenance Team

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Land Surveyor to join the Infrastructure Maintenance Team at MTR Corporation. The role focuses on survey monitoring of railway structures, ensuring safe and reliable operations across Hong Kong’s rail network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct survey monitoring inside and outside railway structures to prevent excessive displacement or damage within railway protection zones.
• Prepare survey monitoring programmes, reports and develop monitoring proposals.
• Perform shift duties and operate under adverse weather or emergency situations as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
• Valid Hong Kong driving licence (class 1 and 2) preferred.

Required skills

• Survey monitoring in tunnel environments.
• Laser scanning.
• Real‑time monitoring.
• Geotechnical instrumentation.
