Key Account Manager - Autonomous Vehicle

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive growth of autonomous‑vehicle solutions by building and nurturing relationships with strategic clients. This role combines market research, solution design, and end‑to‑end sales execution across a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and engage prospective clients, expanding the customer base.
• Analyse client requirements, purchase intent and affordability to propose tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations, align cooperation terms and secure contracts or orders.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain regular client visits, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues and strengthen loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Gather market intelligence on trends and competitors to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• Fluent in business‑level Mandarin, English and Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in machinery, hardware‑software integration or intelligent‑driving solutions is preferred.
• Strong business negotiation abilities and high stress tolerance.
• Willingness to travel overseas for client engagements.
