Logistics & Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics & Warehouse Operations Supervisor will lead daily logistics activities across multiple distribution centres, cross‑docking, and last‑mile delivery from the Hong Kong warehouse to customers. You will ensure smooth replenishment shipments, maintain SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including replenishment, cross‑docking and last‑mile delivery.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, workflows and Working Instructions.
• Optimize warehouse layout, fulfilment flow and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners, couriers and warehousing providers, setting expectations and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies for all warehouses.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings to resolve urgent issues and support cross‑functional projects.
• Monitor, analyse and report logistics KPIs to senior management.
• Gatekeep compliant payments to 3PL partners based on service delivery.
• Utilise SAP and P&G systems for operational tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (any major).
• 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably in FMCG, with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Greater Bay Free Trade Zone operations is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay area.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong experience with SAP (WMS) systems.
