Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering custom and creative digital marketing ideas for our releases, while also managing multiple social media accounts for artists and the company, ensuring consistent messaging and imaging between artists and their music.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies, packaging design, ad campaigns, and tour planning for assigned projects.
• Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including concept development, design, implementation, and maintenance of social media presence.
• Coordinate workstreams, track progress, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Partner with artist management and internal teams to create best‑in‑class, authentic campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize processes to drive revenue.
• Lead and coordinate social media, content development, streaming marketing, digital advertising and CRM campaigns.
• Provide in‑depth analysis of campaign performance and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 8‑10 years of experience in content licensing, digital media, entertainment or technology, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong negotiation, business acumen, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills across cultures.
• Passion for music, digital media and innovation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
