Musketeer – On Premise Sales Consultant (Kowloon)

About the role

The Musketeer is Red Bull’s on‑premise face in the Kowloon district, responsible for growing brand presence and sales across bars, cafés, restaurants, universities and fitness venues. You will act as a trusted business consultant, identifying opportunities and ensuring Red Bull remains the top‑of‑mind energy drink on the market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting collaborations with key outlet owners, managers and distributors.
• Negotiate win‑win partnership agreements that add value for both Red Bull and its customers.
• Identify and activate the right sales and marketing occasions for Red Bull products across the territory.
• Map the Kowloon area in detail, allocating time across bars/pubs, catering venues, cafés/restaurants and fitness centres.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, consumer behaviour and new opportunities.
• Manage internal and external resources, including materials, tools and budget, to drive efficiency.
• Represent Red Bull as a credible brand ambassador, nurturing relationships with influencers and distribution partners.
• Participate in customer meetings alongside the Telford sales representative to translate strategy into action.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing or a people‑focused business role.
• Deep integration within the local community with authentic credibility.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation abilities.
• Street‑smart understanding of diverse consumer groups and their daily challenges.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and customer data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
