Non-Auto Affinity Leader, Asia

About the role

This senior regional position leads Marsh's non‑auto affinity strategy across Asia, driving business growth, market development and client engagement in a fast‑evolving marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional non‑auto affinity strategy, aligning with global priorities and local market realities.
• Identify and lead new business development opportunities, manage major client engagements and negotiate with insurers and reinsurers.
• Collaborate with country leaders, functional specialists and global teams to deliver integrated, client‑centric solutions.
• Build and manage the regional business plan, budget and performance metrics, ensuring profitability and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant risk advisory or insurance brokerage experience with strong regional exposure across multiple Asian markets.
• Proven track record in new‑business development, strategic planning and leading client and partner relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business‑plan and budget management.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics, digital‑enabled solutions and data‑driven client offerings.
