Part-Time Graphic Designer (Event Branding)

About the role

A part-time graphic designer is needed on a contract basis from November 2026 to May 2027, working three days per week. The role covers event branding design and advertising production, based in Sha Tin or other venues such as museums and non-museums.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in event branding design applications
• Design and produce posters, pamphlets, booklets and souvenirs
• Handle indoor and outdoor advertising design and production
• Develop layouts for panels, backdrops, captions and signs
• Prepare technical drawings and supervise contractors for printing, fabrication and timely delivery
• Monitor the setup and dismantling of AV equipment and installations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic/Advertising/Product Design
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in graphic, multimedia or advertising design
• Strong Chinese and English communication skills
• Experience in outdoor advertising and large-scale event design preferred
• Creative, detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Permanent resident of Hong Kong SAR
