People & Culture Officer

About the role

The People & Culture Officer will support the wellbeing and development of EAST Hong Kong’s team members. You will help create a positive, engaging workplace where staff can thrive and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Design and deliver internal communications and team‑building activities.
• Maintain personal and training records, handle separation logistics, and perform other HR administrative tasks.
• Promote wellbeing initiatives and sustain a vibrant company culture.
• Participate in HR projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, creative, independent, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Chinese word‑processing capability.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with video‑editing software.
