People & Culture Officer

About the role

EAST Hong Kong is looking for a People & Culture Officer to support the wellbeing and development of its team members. You will help create a positive, engaging work environment that enables staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Design and deliver internal communication materials and team‑building activities.
• Maintain personal and training records, handle separation logistics, and perform other HR administrative tasks.
• Promote wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a sustainable culture.
• Participate in People & Culture projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, creative, independent, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Chinese word‑processing capability.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Basic video‑editing software skills.
