Procurement Officer - Banking

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support the banking division by managing end‑to‑end procurement activities. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that all procurement processes align with business needs and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement procurement engagements across the full lifecycle, from requirement identification to contract execution.
• Engage regularly with business stakeholders to capture requirements and validate inventory replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review sourcing strategies and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and execute supply‑market engagement, bid management, supplier proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract administration.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying or cost management within construction, corporate fit‑out or related industries.
• Experience handling procurement for commercial renovation, interior design, corporate fit‑out or data‑center relocation projects is preferred.
