Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our global Procurement team and support technology services sourcing across the APAC region. The role covers data centre, colocation, telecom, SaaS, cloud, smart‑hands services and IT hardware procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs, manage requests and align on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships, ensuring supplier performance meets business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes from supplier selection through contracting and ongoing supplier management.
• Design and execute RFX processes (RFQs, RFPs, etc.) for APAC initiatives.
• Negotiate and redline agreements in partnership with the Legal team.
• Resolve discrepancies, follow up on issues and close procurement challenges.
• Apply negotiation strategies to secure compliant contracts that meet organizational needs.
• Share best practices with the wider Procurement team and use data‑driven insights to shape procurement strategy.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of procurement experience with deep knowledge of RFPs, MSAs and SOWs.
• Exceptional communicator able to explain complex procurement terms.
• Independent and confident worker who thrives in ambiguous situations.
• Strong negotiator capable of collaborative and project‑leadership activities.
• Able to balance strategic initiatives with daily tasks such as purchase order creation.
• Fluent in English.
