Product Manager – Stablecoin & Web3 Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of stablecoin‑enabled and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong. You will shape the product vision, work with regulators and ecosystem partners, and bring innovative payment experiences to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision and roadmap for stablecoin and Web3 payments aligned with global and local goals.
• Conduct discovery with customers and partners to identify high‑impact use cases such as merchant acceptance, cross‑border remittances and programmable payouts.
• Own end‑to‑end product development from concept, PRD, MVP to launch and iteration.
• Translate regulatory, security and partner requirements into detailed specifications, user journeys and API designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and operations teams to ensure system design, integration and operational readiness.
• Drive agile delivery, manage backlogs, sprint planning and release milestones.
• Lead partnership models with stablecoin issuers, wallets, exchanges, banks and fintechs.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience at the intersection of payments, digital assets and regulation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
