Product Support Executive, Cyber Security

About the role

Ingram Micro, a technology company serving the global IT ecosystem, is hiring a Product Support Executive for its cyber security business in Kwun Tong. The role involves liaising with vendors and channel partners, supporting go-to-market activities and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise and negotiate with vendors on all product-related issues
• Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and channel partners
• Facilitate go-to-market planning and execution of vendor initiatives
• Handle marketing strategy deployment and vendor-funded projects and programs
• Forecast and analyse market and product trends
• Pitch the value proposition of initiatives to resellers and end users
• Identify new business opportunities
• Conduct seminars and product training

Required profile

• Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline, preferably IT or related
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT
• B2B channel sales knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and independently
