Project Manager - CCTV Security System (One-Year Contract)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic security technology projects for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. The role acts as the primary point of contact for the client project team and manages the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation, testing, handover and close-out. It focuses on large-scale security infrastructure such as CCTV system modernization, centralized monitoring implementation and enterprise-wide access card replacement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, keeping scope, budget, schedule, quality and stakeholder expectations aligned
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans and delivery strategies
• Coordinate design, site surveys, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Act as main liaison with the client and stakeholders, including Security Services, Infrastructure, Network, Facilities Management, Operations, Technology and Business teams, and run meetings and progress reviews
• Identify and manage risks and issues, maintain risk and issue registers and develop mitigation plans
• Plan and manage system deployment, migration and cutover across multiple locations, including UAT and operational readiness
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditure, manage procurement and vendor performance, and review change requests and payment applications
• Ensure compliance with client governance, information security, cybersecurity, health and safety and operational requirements, and keep accurate project documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Security Systems, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on technology, infrastructure, security systems or digital transformation projects
• Experience delivering CCTV, surveillance, physical security, ELV, access control or smart building projects
• Experience managing system migration and technology upgrade programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and vendor management skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of IP CCTV systems, VMS platforms, centralized monitoring solutions, network infrastructure and cybersecurity controls
• Nx Witness platform and centralized security monitoring environments are advantageous
• Enterprise-scale access control or physical security programme experience is an advantage
