Project Manager, Commercial Fit-out Focused

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead high‑quality commercial fit‑out and design‑and‑build projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate with clients, landlords, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle commercial fit‑out and design‑and‑build projects, from planning and design coordination to execution and close‑out.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and vendors to align on goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify project risks, potential delays or cost overruns and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation, providing timely updates and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes and health & safety requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, including tendering, vendor evaluation and contract administration.
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation such as reports, progress updates, variation orders and final accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit‑out and design‑build projects.
• Independent yet a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and strong organisational attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua), both written and spoken.
