Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with sponsor expectations and organisational objectives. This role requires close collaboration with business units, stakeholders and third‑party suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and obtain approval for the Project Charter and comprehensive project plan.
• Direct day‑to‑day project execution, monitor progress and control changes.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks and procurements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, maintain expectations and provide regular status reports to sponsors.
• Oversee contract administration, variations and third‑party supplier performance.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and pursue opportunities for upselling or additional business.
• Ensure formal acceptance of deliverables by customers and sponsors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Strong ability to develop project charters, plans and control budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling scope changes, risk mitigation and procurement processes.
• Capability to lead cross‑functional teams and motivate team members toward project goals.
