QA Lead – Automation & Manual

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing regional SaaS platform, is looking for a hands‑on QA Lead to shape the software quality strategy and testing ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering leaders to set testing standards, ensure product excellence, and support rapid feature releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade end‑to‑end test frameworks, CI integration pipelines, and test‑data management systems.
• Drive multi‑tiered continuous automated regression testing alongside structured pre‑release and exploratory testing programs.
• Define and enforce release quality policies, risk‑based deployment gates, and automated test suite criteria.
• Establish clear testing guidelines and platform standards for application engineers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional bug triage, defect lifecycle management, and post‑release quality reviews.
• Translate complex quality metrics into actionable business health signals for executive leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation.
• Proven experience leading teams or managing QA strategy at scale.
• Track record of scaling test automation platforms, CI/CD integrations, and flaky‑test management for multi‑service SaaS products.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues in business terms.
• Experience in agile, fast‑paced environments with rapid feature turnarounds.
• Ability to evaluate and gate releases when quality standards are not met.
